Resting Place Of Titanic

Titanic lies 1000 miles due East of Boston, Massachusetts and 375 miles southeast of St. John’s, Newfoundland at a depth of 12,500 feet.

The most notable discovery made when the Titanic’s wreck was finally discovered in September 1985, was that the ship had split apart, the stern section lying 1,970 feet (600 m) from the bow section and facing opposite directions.
